Still with me.... huh?? Please read my personal opinion on the meaning of friendship. Well, you have reached the page where I brag about my friends.
None of my real life girlfriends have home pages.at least that I know about. The friend I have been through the most with is Ellen. I have known her since 7th grade. Sadly, I have let the friendship die and I regret this. The main reason I was always hanging around her house was her older brother. I still have one friend from my Berkeley days, and that is Lorraine. I need to mention Susan, who is now in New York, and MaryLou from Memphis, who helped me out in times of need. I still have one good friend from Minneapolis, Roberta. We met over 17 years ago at a newcomers play group.
Here in Prescott, I am slowly making some friends. My good friend and sister Rita who helped me get a job. Barb and Sue, my breakfast buddies, who I met while volunteering at the hospital gift shop. Barbara and Nancy from work. My dearest friend Shirley who moved away to Florida. Cyndi and Geri from my support group and are always here for me.
My friends are very important to me and I have lost many good friends over time, for various reasons. A friend is a very special gift and I think a lot about the people who have left my life and hope they all think fondly of me.
