Greg's Interest's

Over the years, Greg's interests have been many. The most influential interest in his life was music. For a while though, it had been hockey, computers and cars. Oh.. and of course, girls. He was a normal kid.

So here is a list of some sites Greg loved. As well as links to sites related to things he loved.

Cosmic Ray Page
This site was designed by Greg when he was in his first band. Yeah, he had to be a show-off, using java script and other fancy stuff.

Another love of Greg's was music. He had many favorite bands, played the electric bass and guitar, and loved going to concerts. He always found a band before they became popular, like Better than Ezra and Sunny Day Real Estate.

The Ultimate Band List This site is now gone.
Lifter Puller
The band is no more, and while there is still a page here, I don't know if it has anything to do with the band. Blink 182
Greg was a fan of theirs from the beginning and now I am too.

After Greg's initial surgery in May of 1996, when his left shoulder was removed, he was unable to play most sports. He could still golf, and then he discovered Frisbee Golf.

Greg loved playing hockey, too, starting to learn the game at age 4. He even got to play on the old Met Center arena, during a North Stars intermission when he was a 2nd year mite. During the playoffs this year, we would discuss each game. I think Greg would have made a wonderful commentator. We both agreed the Dallas Stars didn't deserve the Stanley Cup in 1999.

Television was a main diversion for Greg.

I think Greg's favorite program was The Simpsons. There are many Simpson's sites, but here is Fox's Official Simpson Website
He also loved The Price is Right, and on the day he died, that show made history by having both people spin the big wheel managed to each get first, $1000, then each both won $10,000. Greg had hoped one day to attend a taping and even be a contestant.
Greg got me addicted to the show, Change of Heart, where a couple goes on a blind date, then decides to stay together, or have a change of heart.
He was also a big South Park fan.

Of course, Greg loved cars, and passed his driver's license test on the first time, something he enjoyed lording over his mother. He drove a silver Isuzu Trooper but I'm sure he would have much rather had a sports car.
